Margaret Gray, Ph.D., associate professor in the Adelphi University Department of Political Science  and author of Labor and the Locavore: The Making of a Comprehensive Food Ethic (University of California Press, 2013), recently spoke to PBS News Hour about lack of legal protection for farm laborers.
